To achieve this, at our machining company, in the case of small series, we have an exhaustive quality control during the mechanization process of the piece, and a sampling at the quality department. In the process of manufacturing unique pieces/tailored pieces, there is a checkup of the piece at the quality department

The same machine workers perform a prior checkup while they are working on the piece. We have modern and calibrated checking equipment; calipers, profilometers among others.

However, the checkup that indicates the quality of the piece is performed at the quality department, where the quality staff check all the measures from the plan. To carry it out, we have a tridimensional machine with the latest technology, the TESA Micro-Hite 3D, that ensures 1 micron error.

Moreover, seeking the steady growth under the commitment to continuous improvement, we have a Quality Management System based on the UNE EN ISO 9001:2008.
